The Eleganza Collection

Statue.com’s Eleganza Collections represents Gloria’s personal offering of sculpture, each created by hand with love and affection for the craft that nourished her peoples for generations. Each piece of the Eleganza collection is carefully cast from “greenest” non-toxic materials available to us then hand worked and finished to our artists and Gloria’s exacting eye and standards. When a piece is finished it is serialized, signed, and packaged for a safe journey to you our patrons. Gloria’s goal is to create and offer the finest sculpture available, sculpture that will endure, sculpture that you will love as she does.

Rest assured that each of our pieces has been hand made with strict attention to detail and quality. Each sculpture is worked by our artist and passes their critical eye. Due to the nature of a hand made piece variations in finishes, castings, symmetry, and detailing are expected and anticipated. As historical reproductions, these kinds of differences are both desirable and lend a rich distinction to each work.

The act of being satisfied is an individual decision, one we cannot make for you. We guarantee that we are satisfied with the sculpture we send you and hope you will be too. We do not want you to feel you have to keep something you’re not completely satisfied with. If you are not satisfied with our sculpture please contact us within five days of receiving the piece so we may issue a return merchandise authorization. Repackage the sculpture so it can safely make the journey back to us and send it on its way insured with the parcel post carrier of your choice.

Materials

All of our statues are hand cast and finished. The casting material we use shows exquisite detail and is very durable. Bonded Stone is a composite of finely ground stone found locally and resin. The resin gives the powder an added strength superior to the natural stone. Statue. com is proud to be using an environmentally friendly resin created for our castings. The statues consist of approximately 70% - 80% ground stone and the remainder being resin. Bonded stone compares favorably to its natural marble counterpart. The surface texture is nearly identical. The coloring of bonded stone is a consistent white. It weighs approximately 90% of the weight of natural marble but is superior in strength. Bonded stone is suitable for use indoors or outdoors.
