Terms and Conditions MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - If within 5 days of receiving your product you are not completely satisfied, call us and we will issue a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. You can then return the product to us in the same condition we shipped it and we will promptly refund your full purchase price. Shipping, handling and customized merchandise are non-refundable.
We offer a no cost replacement for items that arrive to you damaged or defective. If an item is received damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package so that a claim may be processed. If the box shows significant signs of damage or if you can tell that the product is damaged, please refuse acceptance of this shipment and have the shipping company return the item to sender. Report the damage to the delivery service driver if possible. If you determine that the product has been damaged after the delivery company has left, you must contact us within 24 hours. Please hold the original packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored. In the case where merchandise must be returned to us for inspections you will be charged for the replacement until the damaged product has been returned and inspected.
Each of our items is carefully handmade by artisans and skilled craftsmen; therefore, variations in finishes, castings, symmetry, and detailing are anticipated and expected.
PRICING AND PAYMENT - All merchandise must be paid in full (U.S. currency only) before we can ship. We accept personal checks, money orders, certified checks, Visa, and MasterCard, Discover and American Express (credit cards will be billed when order is placed). We also accept PayPal payments – please give us a call if you would like to use PayPal.
We sell at retail prices and do not sell wholesale. If you are ordering large quantities or need other price considerations please give us a call. All prices are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING - We are experts in the packing and shipping of statuary for their safe arrival. Where ever possible Statue.com, Inc. uses surplus boxes and packing materials to help reduce your overall shipping costs and the burden these products place on our environment. Items are shipped via standard ground UPS and USPS. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice. All products are shipped F.O.B. from our warehouses and are shipped on the behalf of the customer. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped by air, so you must pay the actual shipping costs. Any items shipped to P.O. boxes must be sent via USPS.
Any shipping charges incurred due to changes initiated by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TIMES – Most of the items in this catalog are made to order and ship in 3-4 weeks.
RUSH DELIVERIES - For an additional $25 charge and the additional shipping costs, we can ship many items faster, but cannot guarantee the arrival date. We will do our best to get your order to you when you need it, but due to circumstances beyond our control we can offer no guarantee. Don’t think our rush charge is a penalty or revenue gimmick. At Statue.com, rush orders require special personalized handling to coordinate since statues are rarely cast and finished ready to ship. Call for additional information and estimates. We do our best to estimate shipping delivery times, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Repair, Restoration and Refinishing
Statue.com can repair or restore your statue whether it's a damaged antique or simply a statue in need a new finish. Our experienced artists delight in bringing back the beauty of an old piece. Molding Services From time to time you may have a need for someone to create a mold for a statue you have or have created. Our expert mold makers would be happy to assist you with this process. We employ old world skills and new technology and materials to create molds capable of multiple castings of your product.

Simply put, Statue.com, Inc. does not sell our customer information. Our customer information is intended to help us conduct our business in a professional manner and will not be disclosed to others.
We intend to give you as much control as possible over your personal information. In general, you can visit Statue.com on the Web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when we may need information from you, such as your name and address. It is our intent to let you know before we collect personal information from you on the Internet.
If you choose to give us personal information via the Internet that we or our business partners may need -- to correspond with you, process an order or provide you with a subscription, for example -- it is our intent to let you know how we will use such information.
